January Wellness Tip

Mental Wellness Awareness Month

This January, celebrate Mental Wellness Awareness Month! It's the perfect time to prioritize your mental well-being and explore steps to support it daily. Start with self-care, a vital practice that nurtures your overall wellness. Today, practice mindfulness: take a deep breath, go for a short walk, or journal your thoughts. These small pauses can have a big impact, helping you manage stress and restore balance.

Mental Health Connecticut's Self-Care Workshop: You Deserve it. You Don't Need to Earn it.

Join us on March 1 to learn why self-care is essential and to begin creating your personalized self-care plan. This workshop is designed to change the narrative that “self-care is selfish, a reward, and a luxury.” During this interactive session, we will learn that narrative no longer serves us.
